| Animal-Human Hybrid Name: Amayah Age: 15
Appearance: Amayah is around 5 feet and 10 inches tall (this includes her medium sized black ears atop her head) with a lanky build. She has very pale skin that almost glows in the moonlight with a clear complexion. She has shoulder length shaggy black hair that is always out of place. Her eyes glow a dark purple.
Amayah wears a tight black cocktail dress with long arm warmers. Around her neck she wears a black choker with a purple cross attached to it. She never keeps the fingers on her gloves for she usually rips the fingers off with her sharp claws which are two inches long. On the small of her back is her long black tail. As for footwear, she prefers to go barefoot. Mostly because if it were up to Amayah, she would wear nothing at all.
Personality: Amayah is a very playful girl and is always looking for a challenger. She knows what she wants, and that’s a fight. She often craves a battle without purpose, and is very competitive. If she loses the battle she won’t give up until the war has been won. She is often shunned by her gender when she acts upon very male-esc feelings and activities. Amayah has a very bad temper and often take awhile to calm down, but she still has her female side. She often is seen eating chocolate or strawberries, and be warned… do not take it from her.
When she was younger she often spent her days alone climbing trees or hunting, but she was always trapped in this same routine, looking for something bigger; better. This fact often pissed her off severely. The only thing that comforts her during her day is visiting her human friend Kibou. Ironically enough, Kibou gave her hope that something out there very exciting was to happen and she would be there for her on this adventure.
Background: Amayah was always alone in her world or so it seemed. She was always kind to her few friends that she had. There were many restrictions upon poor Amayah, but often she chooses to ignore these for she hated chains to bind her, they were but a nuisance to her. She used this cage however as a safe place to plot her schemes and her future in the world.
One day she had been visiting with Kibou when people around them began to scream in horror. Kibou then told her to stay calm and tried her best to make Amayah understand that they were all about to die. Kibou pulled Amayah close to her and whispered “I Love you” before everything had gone dark. They both thought it was over. But soon to realize, they had been torn apart, but somehow sewn back together. Looking around at the world she once knew to be so boring, so unchanged. Now was changed completely.
As she looks around her new world she cries out for Kibou. She then remembers, Kibou is gone…well, sort of. Once the shock of her world being destroyed passes, Amayah uses her new form, her better form to put her years of planning into action. Even if it meant going at this solo, she was determined to make things happen.

Roleplay Sample: The full moon hung over the sleepy town of New Orleans. It was a chilly night and there was a slight breeze. In one house there was a boy who was utterly restless. His name was Vladimir, and he had a dream to find and make contact with vampires. At night, when he couldn’t sleep, he took walks to clear his mind and tire him out. Mind wandering, he realizes that he is almost out of town now. Finally taking in his surroundings, he notices he is beside a cemetery. There is a name on a grave that looks oddly familiar, so he checks it out. The when he takes a closer look it was a misreading, but there was an odd trail made of rocks toward a tree. Being curious, as always, he slowly follows the trail. Suddenly the trail stopped, and so did Vladimir. At the trunk of the tree he found a deer. The deer had many bites marks on its neck and was bleeding severely. Vladimir wondered what its attacker might have been, and why it was in such an odd place. Thinking nothing more of it, he turns to make his way back home. All of a sudden, he got this certain chill up his back. Just as though someone had ran their finger down it, giving him the shivers. He then shakes it off, and turns to head home once more. A feeling inside tells him someone is watching, and it doesn’t want him to leave.
Mind still working rather quickly he headed up to his bedroom. Still pondering, he thinks maybe the deer was attacked by a vampire. Rapidly he gets to his feet, and runs back to the cemetery. When he returns, the deer and rocks were gone. Worried he would lose his chance, he searched madly for some evidence. Leaves rustled in the tree, and he caught a glimpse of bright blue eyes. Then wildly a girl jumped out of the tree, landing on Vladimir’s chest. Clawing and scratching him like a cougar on its prey. Throwing her off with no remains left of his shirt left. For her height and weight, she hit the ground with an astounding thud. She lay still for quite some time, eyes unblinkingly starring up at the sky. After a few moments Vladimir thought he had murdered her, until she made a rasping gulp for air. Obviously stunned her prey fought back, she got to her feet. She surveyed him for a second then began to walk away. Vladimir knew he waited too long for this moment, and he wasn’t about to let it slip away. He called her back “No! Wait! Please, stay.”
She stopped dead in her tracks, and then turned to face him. Suddenly she made a high pitched noise, almost musically, like a hum. Shocked and confused Vladimir boldly asked “What’s your name?” She walked, rather quickly, towards him. The girl was so close now he could feel her breathing. Softly she replied “I am Victoria, and who are you?” He could have jumped for joy, this was his chance! “I am Vladimir, pleased to meet you.” Hours went by of questions and chatting. It was just about midnight now, and he had gotten so much information from her. Greedily he craved more and more. Each time he gazed into her eyes he fell in a trance, wanting to hold her closer. Vladimir had asked her every question he could think of, then, he thought of another. “Victoria, are there anymore of your kind?” She stared at him blankly, and said, “My kind? What do you mean by this?” He tried to not sound rude and replied, “You know...Vampires...It’s what you are, is it not?” She furiously yelled, he clearly worded that statement wrong. “Why so you can hunt them down, put us I a lab and poke at us!” Timidly he said, “No. no! I have just always wanted to meet more vampires, I am sorry Victoria!” She seemed calmed down now and got closer to him. He got very worried and nervous that she was going to attack once more. To his surprise, she kissed him. Vladimir, stunned, just stared into those blue eyes once more. Her skin was as cold as death itself, but he couldn’t resist her touch. This time he leaned in, pushed back her hair and kissed her again. He felt he was glued to her, he could not stop. What seemed like days later, he realized it was past one O’clock. He apologized to Victoria and said he had to go before he raised any suspicions. For the people who lived above his apartment where nosy and quite annoying. When he got home and pulled off his outdoor clothes and got into his pajamas. He crawled into his bed, but sleep did not come. All he could think about was Victoria. Wishing she was there, he fell asleep thinking of her. The next morning he awoke with the same feeling someone ran their finger down his back. He quickly realized why he was so cold. Victoria was lying next to him, her hand on his chest. Smiling bemusedly, she opened her eyes and looked right at him. “I got lonely, and I wanted to grant your wish” “How did you-” Before he even got to finish she kissed him. She put her finger to his lips and said, “Shush, don’t question fate.” After about half an hour, she told him she had to go do something. She told him to meet her tonight at the graveyard just before midnight. Vladimir told her he would, and watched her leave. Somewhat sad to see her go, he went to work. At around eleven-thirty he got ready to meet Victoria. He put on some of his best clothes and a bit of cologne, barley recognizable.
Heart hammering in his chest, he went to the graveyard. Looking around, he noticed there was a rasping sound just past Victoria’s tree, Vladimir went to see what it was, and was shocked at what he found. Lying on the ground was Victoria, breathing heavily. She was wearing a tight leather skirt and a half torn apart t-shirt. Neck bleeding slightly, she realized someone was near her. Screaming madly, thinking it was a attacker, she started slapping the air. Vladimir, completely stunned, comforted her by rubbing her arm. She looked up, finally seeing who it was, she stopped screaming. Rather quickly she said, “Vladimir, you must flee, you are in great danger, go!” Wondering what she meant by ‘danger’ he asked, “What do you mean? What has happened Victoria?” Victoria went oddly still, her eyes widened in terror. Looking up, Vladimir now fully understood what she meant by ‘danger’. Squatting in the tree was a massive male vampire. Eyeing Victoria with hungry, cold eyes, he jumped out of the tree. Landing heavily at Vladimir’s feet with a ground quaking shimmy. Slowly and calmly Victoria got to her feet as well, clearly she was terrified. The tall vampire was the first to break the long silence. “My name is James, I don’t know who you are, but I think it’s about time you depart” Vladimir drew himself up to full height to make him a bit more intimidating. Clearly, both men were prepared to fight. Victoria was not about to let this happen. “James, don’t hurt him, it’s me you want.” James pondered for a moment before saying, “You’re right, come here Vicky” “I told you not to call me that” She bellowed rather daringly. James made his way over to Victoria and grabbed her rather hard on the arm. Boldly, she slapped his arm, clearly she was testing his patience. He decided to ignore this, and walked off expecting her to follow. Kicking off her high heels, she lunged at his back. Knocking him to the ground she bit his neck. This stunned James completely so he was at a loss of what to do. She kept biting and piercing his skin with her razor sharp fangs.
Eventually she got him so many times, he grunted and twitched then went still. Panting deeply, she stood up and turned to face Vladimir. Wiping the blood off her face he quietly said, “So you weren’t kidding when you said you laugh in the face of danger.” Chuckling at his recent statement, then realizing something was wrong. Victoria was paler than normal, and he couldn’t hear her breathing anymore. She was to quiet, and she’s always had something to say.
Suddenly she fell to the ground in a pile of leaves Rapidly, Vladimir checked to see what was wrong. She looked at him with her sparkling blue eyes and whispered, “I love you, and I am sorry I couldn’t have done better. Goodbye Vl-” “VICTORIA, NO!” He yelped in desperation. She rubbed his arm comfortingly, and then moved no more. Colder than ice, and paler than the moon, she lies there dead. Vladimir couldn’t bring himself to leave. Then he noticed something in James’ hand. It was a shotgun; he was most likely going to use it to stop Victoria from killing him. Slowly picking it up and glancing at Victoria. Crying slightly, he pointed the gun to his heart. “I love you too, Victoria.” Pulling the trigger, he fell like a marionette with its strings cut. The echo of the shot could be heard for miles. This was the last noise of the night. Once seemed as a love story…now ending as a tragedy.
