The nightly stroll

Dengen walks through Bat country. He relizes that he's tired. He had been walking the whole day. He felt tired so he decided to lie down for a nap. When he lies down he hears a light screaching and opens his eyes. A bat is flying toward him. The bat didn't look to friendly and it was flying towards him. Dengen gets bitten in the leg and back he immediatly gets up and attacks the bat. He bites into its wing, and then scatches his head. The bat plumits to the ground. Then 5 other bats start to fly towards him. He is in no condition to fight and is unarmed he screams for help.

Sitting on a large bridge-like structure, Kaismir was knawing on some bones from a hybrid he had for lunch. Hissing slightly to himself, he slid his third eyelids over and then back again. Squinting, he looked around. "Afonso!" He yelled. "Come here!" Kaismir called out, this time, more loudly and urgently. Something was out there. Not getting too many visitiors, Kaisimir was slightly annoyed with all the questions or 'friend or foe?' running through his mind. Looking behind him, he waited impatiently for Afonso, he hated waiting.

Afonso came immediately. He had his blades ready to attack whatever was bugging his leader. "Sir?" he said smoothly...with a slight hiss. Then Afonso sensed something. "..aa...an intruder..". It wasn't the sent...it was also the noise of screeches..a battle. "Want me to kill it?" he asked, as if the stranger was only a bug.

Dengen begain to run away from the noises, he ran so fast that he made it out of the bat country, and a little ways away from the bat country, he ran all the way to new zealand , Dengen was very happy because, he had heard that bat country was for watchers only, and he would die if he entered the forsaken country....

As Afosonso came out, he was pleased to hear that he was ready. Afonso was very loyal, Kaisimir enjoyed this. "Someone is here. Someone new." Kaisimir re-stated and ignored Afonso's question. Formulating a plan in his head, he sensed the figure moving at a rather quick pace. This was a mistake. A big mistake.

Getting to his feet, he looked Afonso deep into his eyes, penatrating his eyes with his own. "Afonso, it is leaving. It trespassed and left. This is unacceptable." He said in a low growl-like noise. Glancing at the direction he senses the hybrid, he turned again and continued his gaze at Afonso. "This is serious. They could have discrovered something, they cannot leave with any information." He said seriously.

Doing something he hadn't done in ages (he did not need to-- who would attack him at this point right now?) he shot his hands up behind his back. Unravelling his leather tail-holder, his enormus tail flopped behind him. Tucking in his legs, he balanced himself on his tail. Raising himself up to full height, he was now twice his size. Flicking his tongue, he smelled the hybrid still leaving, he was rather far away now. Just past the border of Bat Country (as they called it).

Shrinking down, he remained on his tail (only on the base, making him his normal height again). "They are just past the border. We must act quickly." Kaisimir said rather shortly before swishing his tail crazily, gaining super speed. Going as fast as he could, his prey came closer and closer to him. Flicking his tongue every few seconds, he kept checking to see if it was moving. Knowing Afonso would catch up quickly as always, he smirked evilly, thinking of all the ways he could kill the trespasser.

"Alright, sir." He threw his hands out revealing his blades.."I'm ready when you-" before he could finish his leader was gone. He raced right behind him with his arms out, blades gleaming in the golden light..or whatever light was out there. With each step bones cracked and snapped at his feet. This made him want to run faster and faster. Soon he was running right next to his leader.

Dengen stops. He relizes running will get him no where. Instead he waits for more people to appear. He felt it would be the smarter thing to do. Once they do he asks if there is anyway he could survive.

Within minutes, Afonso was by his side running, as he expected. The hybrid had stopped, had it given up, or was it challenging him? Laughing menaically at the thought, he stopped slithering suddenly. "Afonso, the hybrid has stopped. Whether out of fear, or challenging us, I don't know. Makes our meal easier!" He told Afonso and his laughter boomed loudly into the wind, penetrating the silence and echoeing over the lands. Slithering slowly up to it, he stood a foot from the creature, it was a canine. Sliding over his third eyelids to protect his vision, he scowled down at the trespassor. "What do you think you are doing?" He practically spat at the male.

Afonso grinned. He could already feel the hybrid's blood dripping from his teeth. "I'm gonna like this.." he hissed. Afonso didn't even notice the leader slither up to the hybrid until he asked the canine a question. Afonso hurried over to his leader's side. Then he put the blade of his gauntlet to the hybrid's chin, "Yea, What do you think you are doing?"

"I was trying to find someone, that would let me join the watchers, because i wanna be a watcher" said dengen, and then dengen stood their and waited for answer.......... Dengen only hoped that they would let him join the watchers, he wanted to join them so much......

Looking deep into his eyes, he could tell the seemingly worthless hybrid was not lying. "I see." He said slowly, eyeing the hybrid. "What did you think you would get from becoming one of us?" Kaisimir asked rather rudely without caring. Looking over at Afonso, he murmured lowly so that only he could hear. "What do you this of this guy? He looks so weak." Turning his attention back onto the hybrid, he thought of another quick question. "Name?" He boomed.
