Personality: Afonso lives for battle and enjoys a good fight more than anything. He even holds back in an effort to make any fight last longer. He also claims that injury and death are nothing but the price one pays for a good fight. He fights with no real strategy and usually takes a simple-minded approach to defeating a difficult opponent. However, his strong warrior's intuition makes up for his lacking intelligence, and his barbaric nature proves to be very intimidating even to the strongest enemies.

Although Afonso loves battle, he can still show some strong emotions to those he loved. Such as his family. He is good in teams but like to be the one in charge. Afonso claims he was a born leader, you can usually hear him say, "Me boss you not!".

Background: Afonso was born into a very poor family. The economy in America was horrible. Afonso's family was only 1 of many on the streets. When his parents became sick, they had no choice but to give Afonso a safer place to live. They left him at the doorstep of an orphanage in hopes of him having a better life.

At the age of 5, Afonso was adopted by a wealthy family known as the Aldebrando family. Their money came from their ancestors. The aldebrando family use to be a mafia who made a lot of drug deals with other mafias. They also traded weapons and other materials for drugs so they could get the money. The Aldebrando family's mafia faded away, but their fame and fortune remained.

They treated Afonso like their own son. Giving him only the best. He had a great education and almost everything a kid could want. Afonso loved his family with all his heart. The only thing the Aldebrando family didn't give him, the truth. They never told Afonso who his real parents were. Mostly because they didn't know. But still they hid the truth of his adoption.

At the age of 18, Afonso decided it's best for him to join the military. He did this in hopes of protecting his family from any danger. He left to join the navy seals. The training was rough and almost killed him. But Afonso did not back down to any challenge. He went at it head on. Afonso became the best at hand to hand combat in his squad. Soon, Afonso was said to be the best there was. Afonso didn't want the title as the best, he only wanted to protect his family.

Afonso served for 8 years and then returned to his family at home. He was over joyed to see they were okay. It was 2 months after he returned home he started to have night terrors. Usually he would wake up screaming no and curse at the wall. Other times he would start rolling around as if he were at war. Afonso's parents were worried. The reason wasn't because he is use to war, but Afonso still doesn't believe his family is safe.

Once Afonso came home, he had interests of studying Iguanas and tadpoles. It became a hobby for him. He loved to study the way the tadpoles formed into frogs. He did his research in a lab he built not too far from his family's mansion. This was where Afonso spent most of his time. He had about 5 Iguanas and almost 30 Tadpoles at a time. Once they grew up to live on their own he would let them free in the land that he owned. The land he bought was designed for Iguana and Frog environments. There was cameras all over to study the way they kept on their own.

Almost 2 months later, Afonso had been rid of his night terriers and has put full time in his studies. He hit big with his research. The land he bought had been extended to hold more frogs and Iguanas. These two species were very odd to research at once, but it was also very interesting.

About 3 weeks have passed and Afonso has had his first night terrier in a long time. This was the worst. He actually ran to his lab and started to rip up all of his studies. As he was in the night terrier, not too far a mass explosion hit and caused the ground below him to shake. The explosion caused the whole lab to explode, but Afonso remained.As the explosion hit, he was combined with both a tadpole and an Iguana. This was the end of his life, but the beginning of a new.

Afonso woke up lying in the middle of the lab's ruins. Some buildings were on fire, others completely gone. He was speechless. What happened? Who did this? These questions raced through his mind. But then he hurried onto his feet and sprinted to his family's mansion. Some of it was on fire, another half was completely gone. He knew none of his family could have survived that. Afonso fell to the ground...as if he lost a battle...

About a day later, Afonso still ventured the ruins of the town he lived in, searching for food and possibly survivors. Of course, he failed to find either. Afonso also found that he was different. He had a tadpole-like tail and other characteristics of an Iguana. He was confused and didn't know what was going on.

A few more days passed and Afonso was ambushed by a few hybrids while roaming the streets. They brought him to a facility where he would be trained to user his new form as a weapon. The people in this facility were known as "The Watchers". They trained Afonso for many days. Soon, Afonso got higher into their ranks. As he progressed, they had gifted him with gauntlets with blades on them. This was the weapon they thought best suited the big guy.

Afonso became a great fighter. His hand-to-hand combat training as human really helped him out. The gauntlets supported great support as well. Soon enough, Afonso was given the rank of General. He took the rank with honor and served the Watchers as a mighty warrior...



Animalistic Traits: The Tadpole side of Afonso has given him 2 extra arms, a thick tail, and extra swimming ability. The Iguana side of him has given him his teeth, hair style, head shape, claws, and thick skin.
