She ruffled her feathers as a gentle breeze blew around her, making her cloak billow below her. The tree branch swayed, it looked as though it woulod snap with Amayah's weight, but it never did. She crouched on the branch, smirking over the destroyed city, looking for prey or sign of anyone around. Amayah began to wonder how many survivors were actually left now.

She opened her large wings and flapped them lazily as she stretched her arms and yawned. Amayah wanted to fly, but then again, she thought she ought to wait another moment or so, she had a feeling she would need her energy. Opening her mouth, she extended her tongue and began grooming herself quietly, her ears twitching this way and that, still scanning for any potenital danger or life roaming about. She closed her eyes and her head began to get heavy...She was rather tired today for some reason.

It was cold outside. there were clouds everywhere, and it was snowing. ?What a wonderful day!" said Sayuri sarcastically. She was bored, there was no one in sight, she wanted to find Amayah, it was a long while since they last met.

As her head ropped more, her ears and nose picked up something at the same time. A sign of life. Her eyes flew open and focused rapidly, scanning the area for someone or something. Her eyes quickly met up with a small person. The person looked familiar. Amayah's hands shot up behind her back and lifted her hood over her head, covering her eyes and part of her face, infact, most of her face. She grinned and remianed where she was, in the dead tree. Amayah watched. Amayah observed. Amayah awaited to kill if need be.

sayuri looked up and seen this hybrid. It gave Amayah's sent, and it looked somewhat like her. maybe it is her.thought Sayuri.... "Amayah... Is that you"? asked Sayuri in a cautious tone....

Still very uncertain who it was, she sniffed the air, the scent and look was familiar...but who was it? Her mind was bogged down with questions and curiosity, but she kept her cool and her face remained unchanging. "And who might you be?" She said in a low, bone chilling voice. Amayah's changes had made her forget some things, but this was worth looking into. Who was this girl, and how did the girl know her name, she awaited the young feline to answer her.

"Amayah if it is you... i am Sayuri." said sayuri a bit confused. Why doesn't she remember me? has she been brainwashed? Thought Sayuri. tons of questions were floating into Sayuri's head.... but the main question was....Why?

Her eyes widened, the name...Sayuri. She knew who this was now. "Sayuri..." She said slowly, confirming the name as it rolled off her tongue. she nodded mostly to herself and looked down at Sayuri. She opened her large wings suddenly, making her looked very threatening. Amayah then jumped out of the tree and landed with a huge, ground quaking thud as a bit of dust flew up in the air. Her cloak slapped on the ground, her tail was erect and twitching frantically. Her ears flicked this way and that instinctively as she folded her wings behind her back and remained where she was. She looked ahead at the feline before her. "My feline aquaintance..." She said with an accidental, creepy hiss in her tone.

Deciding to ignore the first question entirely, she gazed down upon the feline girl with a cold stare. "It has been awhile, hasn't it?" She said a tad questioningly. Amayah began t wonder what their last encounter had been like. She remebered Sayrui, but not too much about how they met. Her mind was suddenly filled with a file of memories. Amayah began to search for Sayuri's.

"Yes it has been a while." said Sayuri. I wonder why she skipped my question.... well my first question?. "Soooo, hows life been?" asked Sayuri in a wierd tone... It was getting warmer outside. that was mostly the radioactivity's fault, and the heat was so intense it made Sayuri sweat....

She chortled at Sayuri. "Life? Oh you know..." She said rather shortly before attempting to change the subject. "I got wings. Powers...a cloak, and some other stuff." Amayah said casually before looking up at the sky. "Ah, the heat. It has returned." She said rather happily, she loved being in heat, she almost smiled.

She looked into Sayuri's eyes, and almost smiled once more. "Thank you, I made it myself. That bat did not even see it coming..." Amayah said and gave a very sadistic laugh. "Don't worry. You will. Just eat lots of avian, and some day you will have wings too." Amayah told Sayuri as the corners of her mouth twitched into a sly grin.

"oh, im sure i will see it coming...." said Sayuri. "Ahh, I have yet to find any avians that i am willing to eat, but i am sure i will! " said Kurochi. She has changed in numerous ways..... thought sayuri as she scratched her arm... Damn itchiness! thought sayuri
