Name: This is your characters full name

Age: How old is your character?

Species What animal is more dominant in you? (This would only really matter if you fused with more than one animal - if not, you may leave this blank).

Appearance: What does your character look like? A picture will do, but I would prefer text descriptions. Minimum one picture and one paragraph of text (I want to see your writing skills!). If text only, min two paragraph.

Personality: What does your character act like in various situations? Min 2 paragraphs

Background: What has happened to your character since before, during, and after the war? Min 5 paragraphs.

Additonal/Helpful Information: Is there anything special, cool, or odd about your character? If so, it would be helpful to let others know in your app! Minimum 1-2 paragraphs. Know that this is optional.

Animalistic Traits: What parts of the original animal have been taken in by your character? Increased senses, fur, etc? One paragraph, or detail point form list. This can include internal things such as poison that can be worked up in a venom-sac and so on.

Original Animal: What animal(s) has your character fused with in order to be immune to the radioactivity? Maximum of 2 animals in one fuse.

Starter weapon: You may start with one of three weapons. A softwood club, a cheap bow, or a small dagger. Please pick one.

Roleplay Sample: I would like a good 2 or 3 paragraph long sample of how you rp. If longer, more praise will be rewarded to you!~
