The day fell to dusk. The sky was a pale blue near the horizon, while the rest was a midnight blue with stars sprinkled across the universe. It was dark times for Amayah. Nothing had seemed to go right ever since the war… and the memories of a tragic past often haunted her dreams. She met a few creatures, they were nice and seemed to like her; and she returned the feeling… the feeling. She couldn’t feel… none of it made sense to her anymore. She thought she liked this new world, but now she wasn’t sure anymore.
Amayah hadn’t been paying attention; what with her deep thought process, but she had jumped out of her tree and been pacing. She had walked a mile from her tree. Far from her home now, she felt emptier. She continued walking calmly down the street, not paying attention for predators or danger. What did it matter now, anyway? Her walk was slow, like a zombie. She was heartless… her mind wasn’t attached to her anymore. She wasn’t living anymore, this isn’t living.

With little idea of where he was walking, a young teenage boy with pure white hair saw his way in the opposite direction of where Amayah had been going. He noticed it was night time again, but the air wasn't as chilly as usual. Come to think of it, there was something a bit...off about the atmposphere of the area he was going through--but he shrugged it off and continued onward. He was slightly cautious, but he is always that way. 'Keep it together, Furai...' the snow-haired boy told himself, thinking that something was going to happen that would be hindering to his life.
On the contrary, he ended up catching sight of another being. No big deal, he thought at first until moments later it hit him--It's actually a live person....right? She looked dead, in his eyes. Well, what he saw looked like more of a zombie. Even her walk was still, and she had a bit of a languid aura eminating off of her. He decided, that before he got himself into any trouble, to go find the nearest place to hide. Furai too a glance to the left, than quickly to the right. Nothing. Just a long, narrow street in front and behind him, with rubble from the cold, broken concrete, and worn out metal--most likely remains from a lightpost or something of the sort. He kept walking forward in hopes of a good encounter, and not something that will hurt his chances of living, or more importantly, finally having someone around. Of course, with his timid composure, it may be impossible to communicate, but he didn't think about that, first, sadly.

The male had been behind the female for a while now he wasn't walking though, unlike others he had wings. It gave him a huge advantage, and even more, he had black wings and a dark look to him, yet he had good eye sight at night, like most of this new era. This was a time of hatred for anything living that may have caused this, yet no one blamed the other. They all just wanted to live, and to do so they needed to take care of what they did so nothing happened to them that could crush them or break them. All they knew was that to live here was to live in hell.
The male had Jet black hair, with wings to match. His eyes were snow white, almost soulless, he seemed almost like he could see through someones soul. Yet he was able to see perfectly fine like any other true animal, yet his vision was extremely good. He wore clothes that were abit tight on him which was uncomfortable to some, yet to Ryokoshky it did not annoy him, he had grown up for 10 years in the clothes.
He saw the figure coming from the opposite direction. All he did was hold his attention on the figure as he slowly followed the female. If it ever killed him to be a body guard for amayah, the poor female. Let's just hope that this figure was not as bad as Ryokoshky that it might be.

Amayah had been walking what seemed like forever, droning on without realization. She began to mumble nonsense to herself as a single tear ran down her face. She sensed other presences in her path, but that didn’t matter now; nothing mattered now. She continued her long walk, not knowing where she was going or what she planned on doing when she got there. She just had to go.

Furai continued walking forward, the path seeming colder and eerier with each step. He took a few more glances around, wondering if there may still be a place to hide. Nada. He found nothing. Soon, his walks became a bit more shakey, his fear of people was starting to kick in. He couldn't help it, he was just naturally afraid of confronting, talking to, or being seen by people. . . .He shook his head in disbelief that it would be a threatening soul, but that didn't fully rid his mind of the tenseness.
He kept walking, and walking, soon he neared her. The melancholic atmosphere rose--he could feel it seeping in the air. Or, maybe it was rage? The snowy-haired boy didn't truthfully know. Within seconds after these thoughts, his path intersected with the girl. 'Odd....She has...Cat...Ears?' he thought silently to himself until he took a glance at his wings. 'Oh, Y-Yeah...' He had nearly forgotten about the radioactivity, and what it did to people. He took a small glance at the girl, but continued going forward without halt. Though, soon enough, he found himself turned around, feet away from the girl, watching her walk away. If he was gonna say something, now would be the chance.
"A-Ano...Er....H-He...Hell...Hello?" He finally got words, stuttered and fragmented, to make contact with the air.

He just floated above the two watching the confrontation of the white haired boy. "Hello sir, this fine lady here has been like this for a while, so im taking it upon me to guard her until she snaps out of it." He landed softly next to the boy, as his black wings were unseen in the darkness of the night. "I am Ryokoshky Takeda, and you are?"

Amayah’s eyes began to change from her glossy purple, into a deep shade of red. This could only mean one thing, her vegetative state was over; she had finally snapped. And she was slightly irritated with the world.

Furai jumped gently as he was startled by Ryokoshky's landing behind him. The boy then turned around and replied, saying gently, "U-Uhm..I-I'm Furai...F-Furai Matsudai..." He looked around and noticed that the air changed. Somehting negative was emminating, and then took a glance at the girl that was behind him. He couldn't see the change in her eyes, since she was looking away, but somehting seemed a bit off.
