Everybody wants kung-fu fighting, it is as fast as lightning. ~ [Thunderbeetle thread for Okomi only!]

Taking a deep breath after a long day's exploring, the Thunderbeetle sat down and looked up at the radioactive sky. France was the most horrific place for those who don't like lighting, but for someone like the Thunderbeetle, this was home, a haven. Grinning widely, he lifted his staff high into the air over his head and laughed sadistically. Deadly light danced in the depths of the dark clouds. As his laughter got louder, thunder boomed from the sky, penetrating the night's silence. Ligthing slapped the ground, making no noise, and disappeared in the sky once more. His laughter dulled down, as did the thunder. That was quite satisfying, and put his boredum out of his mind momentarily.

Looking around him, he noticed there had been a tree behind him. Thanks to his lighting, it was now roasted. "Oops." He said with a shrug and without meaning, with a cruel laugh. Walking away with his staff resting gracefully by his side, he made way to look for something more exciting. The electricity pulsated through his very core, making him feel as one would after drinking an energy drink. His heart sped up, as he took off into a run, so fast he could hardly be seen, unless you had the vision of an avian. Once he stopped, the Thunderbeetle looked around. He had created a lot of dust and shrapnel to fly when he ran, leaving hardly any room to see the hand in front of your face. He decided to wait it out, and hoped it would settle quickly, he had things to do, and was bursting with new ideas.

Sniffing the air, he felt the moisture. It was moist enough to create the perfect storm. The dust all around him made a wall, a protective bubble almost, masking his presence. Smirking, he decided not to wait for it to calm, but to use it to his advantage...at least until it went down.

Lifting his staff once more, the light began gracefully dancing in the clouds, building up ammunition. Laughing menacingly, he prepared for his worst, yet best storm yet. Making no noise in the sky as of yet, the Thunderbeetle boomed with a deep laughter, echoing over the lands. A bit sad no one was to see his beautiful storm, he shook the thoughts out of his mind and put all his concentration on his new project.

As his laughter died down, the Thunderbeetle raised his staff higher. "Take this, Zeus!" He called up at the sky, smirking angrily. Laughing inside at his own joke, he was slightly tired of talking to himself. He thought about other people and how they were before the war. They were so vile, and the cruelty heightened now that the world was a god damn oven and everything was in ruins.

Angering slightly at how things just end, the Thunderbeetle realized what he wanted now was someone to show up. Without meaning, a bolt of lightning flew from him and up into the sky, lighting it and piercing the night with a loud boom of thunder attached. Breathing in deeply, he tried to calm himself. After a few moments of regaining what was left of his poor sanity, the Thunderbeetle looked up at the sky, he couldn't wait for his masterpiece to fall into place.

His gaze from the sky was broken as a thought popped into his head. Who was this storm for? Who was he impressing? He was so lame! He began to piss himself off and insult himself internally, driving himself mad. Trying to shake off these thoughts, he yelled at himself. Then, he began to mumble, "Fuck off, calm yourself you pussy." he said with a growl in his tone. Shooting lightning into the sky to blow off some steam, the Thunderbeetle began to get excited.

The electricity began to pulsate through his body once more, shaking his very core with its immaculate power. A large grin returned to his face as his heartbeat sped up once more. Running around in a large circle several times again, he kicked up another wall of dust. This one was higher than before, and much thicker. Laughing loudly, he stopped in the very heart of the wall of dust. No one could find him here, and anyone who did risked the chance of being fried like popcorn chicken.

He breathed in the stale, dusty air and coughed. Realizing his 'protective wall' came a great price, lack of oxygen. Trying his best to work around it, he breathed little and concentrated hard on his work. The electricity arose from his feet, and worked its way up, slowly, but powerfully. Once it got near his chest, a strange sensation came from inside him. His ribs ached slightly with a small pang, as though someone was inside him, poking behind his ribs. Ignoring this as best as he could, he emitted a loud scream that started off as a grunt. "Ah-Aaaahhh-AAAHHHHHH. AAARGH!" He roared loudly, as the electricity rose higher inside him, the storm was coming. This time, it wasn't small, it had never hurt before...Anyone around could only hope to not be killed in the process of his release.

What was that.? thought Kurochi as she stopped dead in her tracks upon hearing the very loud grunt and scream. She quickly started running trying to find shelter. Where the hell can i find some shelter in this lightning raged place?... It's time...

Raising his staff above his head powerfully, he parted his legs slightly for better balance. The electricity ran through his whole body, and exploded into his arm. His whole arm became numb and the electricty flowing through felt like a thousand needles poking into his forearm at once. Screaming louder, it was released up trhough his staff, and flew into the sky.

Panting hard, his hands fell to his knees and he bent down to catch his breath. That had taken a lot out of him, it was his most powerful portion yet. Straightening his back after he regained his strength, the Thunderbeetle looked up at the sky to see his work. The lightning the arose from his body had shot up into the sky, faster than a speeding bullet. It danced in the sky and shot here and there. Frying trees and small architecture below it. Thunder boomed louder than ever, so loud, anyone with sensative ears could have their eardrums shattered. The Thunderbeetle opened his arms in an embracing formation, looking up at the sky, as if waiting to be hit. Laughing loudly, his laughter was full of pride. This was his best storm yet, and would more than likely fry everything in its path this time. Walking through his dust wall, the smile in his eyes seemed to glow in the darkness. Every flash of lightning illuminated his body, casting a large shadow of him on the land, he began to look around for food that may have been fried or laying around.

Kurochi screeched as the Thunder boomed loudly. This is definatly the Thunderbeetle. thought kurochi. He sounds really mad. i dont think i should go near him soon. He may try to fry me like a onion ring. Kurochi then started to run. She ran faster then she had ever ran, she ran so fast you could not even see her unless you had incredible Sight.

He finally felt as though he had achieved something great. His spirits were suddenly lifted, he felt as though nothing could go wrong now. "What is on the menu today?" He said to himself when he looked ahead to see a dead, fried rabbit hybrid on the ground when the lightning flashed to allow him to see it. Directly over him was his storm, his art, his masterpiece that he was so proud of.

The clouds and lightning seemed to follow him as he walked forward to the rabbit. Thunder boomed and the lightning continued to attack the ground and shoot from back into the sky, so quick you would miss it if you blinked. Stopping in front of the hybrid, he picked it up by the nape of the neck. Holding it in his open palms, he examined it for a moment, he seemed to be admiring its beauty. All of a sudden, his thumbs and other fingers wrapped around its weak, pathetic neck and snapped it clean off, sending the head flying. The head fell to the ground with a dull thud and rolled away a bit. Smirking, he looked at the now bleeding, headless rabbit corpse and opened his mouth wide, pulling his arms up; about to consume his hearty snack.

"AHH". Said kurochi in a scared tone. Dang, the storm is getting worse. The thunderbeetle must be getting closer to me. Thought Kurochi as she broke out into yet another run. The tempature was rising. The storm was now a living hell. What to do, what to do?

The Thunderbeetle

His tongue shot up and wrapped around a leg of the rabbit and pulled it into his mouth. The insect in him took over, acids spewed out of his mouth, melting the rabbit. As the rabbit liquified, the Thunderbeetle drank the blood and all the melted remains. Sighing in satisfaction, he enjoyed that snack. Looking about him, he saw there was nothing around. Why not go for a walk? He thought to himself.

Walking forward, the Thunderbeetle has a slight hop in his step. He was feeling on top of the world, and nothing could take that away. Or so he thought. Sniffing the air to take in the fresh air, he stopped dead in his tracks. He smelled someone. Someone close. Who were they? Could he trust them? Wondering what to do, he felt as though he had been slapped awake with a frozen hand. He was numb inside' the thunder died down slightly as his emotions stopped in their tracks.

Kurochi stopped Dead in her tracks. She seen a figure a little ways ahead. "Thunderbeetle". whispered Kurochi in a gentle tone... He is here. I can't beleive it. He is here. "Thunderbeetle". Said Kurochi in a little louder tone then before...

The Thunderbeetle

Turning his head towards where the odor was coming from, the Thunderbeetle saw a figure in the distance. Not sure if it was safe to trust, he remained unmoving and just stared ahead at the creature. It was saying something, it was hard to make out at first. The creature repeated itself, it was saying his name. Was this person a friend or foe? He was not sure if they knew him because they were in the rebellion, or a spy. Deciding not to roll the dice on this one, he just stood there, starring.

"thunderbeetle." Asked Kurochi in a normal tone. The lightning had died down. The tempature was going back to normal. "Hello, My Name Is Kurochi kimura, i have come to learn the Art of manipulating Electricity within the body. "I have heard things about you from Jendayi and The Firefly!"...

Surprised by the courage of the creature, he noted it was a female. The Thunderbeetle was overwhelmed at how calm she was staying, even when she knew who he was and what he could do. "...Kurochi..." He said slowly, and in a flat tone. "You know of the Firefly?" He said in a deep, and powerful voice, still not going to roll the dice just yet. The lightning above him flashed every now and then, to show who was in control, and the thunder boomed threatingly, awaiting the signal.

"Yes i know of the Firefly, i posses his Fire abilitys". As the thunder rose, so did Kurochi's Courage... "And as for Jendayi, she told me About the 3 Shamans that each posses the power of a certain element". Said Kurochi as he thought Oh my. This thunderbeetle looks so gawdly.

He was shocked by how brave she was, it was almost inspiring. Closing his eyes as she spoke, he monitered her temperature and heartbeat, it remained the same... she was not lying, that was good. "I see. And I suppose you heard of the thunder storms that happen here, and you decided to come and visit me. Did you think it would be easy?" He asked her semi-rudely with a short chuckle. "Where did you come from?" He asked out of nowhere, and even more rudely, he wanted basic inofrmation first, and decided to ask the harder stuff afterwords.

"Yes i heard of the thunderstorms here, so i figured you might be here...No i did not think finding you and gaining your trust enough to learn your ability would be easy". said Kurochi in a normal tone. "I come from Canada, I just recently Learned how to control fire within my body, and that is when i found out about where you might be". said Kurochi still in a calm tone....

The Thunderbeetle

Nodding his head, he understood her, he shouldn't have been so obvious, but oh well. "Well, good." He said with another chuckle, and decided to be sincere now. "Sorry for fucking with you, miss. With the Watcher's and shit around, you can't be too careful anymore." He explained. "Canada you say? There are so many of you from there... Is that a mating ground?" He burst out laughing at this. He spoke with the Firefly awhile back, and found out that Canada was quite the popular area. "Let's see, than" He said smugly, and looked at her, awaiting the fire.

"I know there are so many watcher's around nowadays." Said Kurochi. "Mating Grounds, ha." Said Kurochi with a smirk. Kurochi then lit her hands on fire while saying "There are my Fire powers."... Kurochi liked the Thunderbeetle he was a Friendly Hybrid Thought Kurochi. Kurochi then started to think about The Firefly, and what he was like, The Thunderbeetle seemed to have the same personality as the Firefly.

The Thunderbeetle

Nodding at her words, he awaited her to prove herself. As her hands were set ablaze, his eyes lit up in surprise. "Oh I see. What can you do with it?" He asked curiously, wondering if she could control elements or not. The Thunderbeetle knew that if she was good at controlling the elements, than she could have some true power. Smirking at her, he watched her every move, not a sound was made apart from their breathing. Hearing her heart beat intertwined with his, he was more relaxed now knowing she wasn't very dangerous, or a Watcher.
